We understand scissors, and are passionate about helping great stylists love their scissors. We offer scissor services second to none, and free advice on maintaining scissors at their optimum, and on choosing the right scissors for you.

With the Wisp Plus package you receive:

How it works:
It’s your choice whether you have both scissors at once, or whether you wish us to hold one pair for you and send it to you when a service becomes due. Having two pairs means you are never without the most important part of your kit, or having to ‘make do’ with a pair.
Each pair of Tru Blu scissors has a unique number put on by Steve guaranteeing their authenticity and ownership.

A word about the aftercare package:
For anyone who hasn’t yet experienced having their scissors serviced by Spencer, the difference he makes to scissors is incredible! He can breathe life back into once favourite scissors that have been consigned to the drawer – otherwise known as the scissor graveyard, thanks to his skilful professionalism and passion for his craft.
Purchasing the Wisp Plus Servicing package means that your Wisp scissors can be serviced as and when you want them to be – a busy barber doing 30 haircuts a day would benefit from a service every three months, for example, while for others with a different workload, a service every 9 months to a year would be ideal. Of course, should the unthinkable happen, and your scissors are dropped or banged, a service as quickly as possible afterwards can help to negate any possible damage. If you elect to have us hold your second pair for you, they will be sent out when requested. Any notice is appreciated – we will do our best to get them to you ASAP – we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery next day service, but do travel around the UK delivering scissor education workshops. If you decide to keep both pairs with you, simply book in your service by contacting us to let us know when you will be sending them in – we can then book a service with an express turnaround, meaning your scissors will always be put at the front of the queue and guarantees the fastest possible time back to you. Going on holiday and not in such a rush? Let us know when you need your scissors returned by, and we’ll do the rest!
